All bookings are confirmed for the date and time agreed at the point of booking.
Any changes requested by the client are subject to availability and incur a £5 administration fee per change.
Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
All bookings must be used within 12 weeks of the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Failure to attend a booked session for any reason (including illness, traffic, personal circumstances, or weather conditions) will be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full.
No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions.
Late arrival may result in reduced session time. Sessions will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals and will be charged in full.
Training takes place outdoors and is subject to weather, ground, and environmental conditions.
Where conditions make practical training unsuitable or unsafe, sessions may be adapted, relocated, rescheduled, or delivered in a theory-based format.
Adapted or theory-based sessions are considered delivered and are non-refundable.
Mojo Dogs reserves the right to adjust session times, locations, content, or prices where necessary. Reasonable notice will be given wherever possible.
Poor weather, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with session format is not grounds for cancellation, refund, or credit.
Dogs may be asked to leave a session if remaining is not in their best interest, or if their behaviour significantly impacts the safety or experience of others.
In these circumstances, the session is considered delivered and no refund will be issued.
If your bitch comes into season, you must contact Mojo Dogs prior to attending your session so that her suitability for group training can be discussed.
Mojo Dogs may advise that if your bitch is experiencing hormonal or emotional changes that are affecting her ability to concentrate, settle, or cope comfortably, group training is likely to be more challenging and it may be unrealistic or unfair to expect her to continue as she normally would.
This decision is always based on the individual dog’s welfare and current needs, not on a blanket rule.
Where attendance is not suitable, owners are welcome to attend without their dog to ask questions, discuss training goals, and receive tailored practice exercises appropriate for their dog at that stage.
Sessions adapted in this way are considered delivered and are not refundable or transferable.
Owners confirm that their dog is fit, healthy, and free from contagious illness at the time of attending sessions.
Dogs should be up to date with routine vaccinations or titre testing, flea, and worming as appropriate.
Mojo Dogs cannot accept responsibility for illness, injury, or issues arising from undisclosed health or behavioural conditions.
Owners remain responsible for their dog at all times during sessions.
Suitable equipment must be used and handled safely.
Where training equipment is suggested or used, responsibility for correct use remains with the handler.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Children and spectators remain the responsibility of the attending adult throughout the session.
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during sessions for training, educational, or promotional purposes.
Please inform Mojo Dogs in advance if you do not wish to be included.
Mojo Dogs reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion, including where terms are not adhered to or where the service is not deemed suitable.
Abusive, aggressive, or unreasonable behaviour towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
By booking, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
